Office Policy
OFFICE HOURS
We see all patients on an appointment basis, and we request that you call in advance so that we can reserve time for you. The office telephone number is (610) 691-1133. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. On occasion emergencies can cause delays, but whenever possible, you shall be informed of any.
TELEPHONE CALLS
All patients are encouraged to call with any questions they have on allergy problems. The office staff has been trained to answer many of your questions. They will also relay your information to the doctor and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
AFTER HOURS TELEPHONE CALLS
If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after normal office hours, the answering service will forward all messages to Dr. Sharma or the physician on call. Your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
EMERGENCY CARE
In the event of an emergency situation, please telephone the office and the doctor will be in touch with you either directly or through teh office personnel giving you instructions on where to meet for emergency care.

PRESCRIPTION AND REFILLS
All prescriptions and authorizations for refills should be requested during normal office hours.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your allergy care. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
INSURANCE AND INSURANCE FORMS
The receipt form we give you at the end of each visit contains all teh ifnormation needed from the doctor for your insurance company to process your claim. We try to keep the cost of your allergy care down by having you file your own insurance claim forms. We will be happy to assist you in this matter.
Please remember that insurance is a contract between the patient and their insurance company. Services are rendered to you and therefore, you are responsible for payment to us.
